I offer both in-person and secure online telehealth therapy, giving you the flexibility to choose the option that best fits your needs and lifestyle. Whether you prefer meeting face-to-face in the office or attending sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home, you'll receive the same personalized, compassionate care. Together, we'll find the format that works best for you.

My standard practice hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. That being said, I understand that life is busy and schedules can be hectic. I pride myself on being flexible, so if my standard hours don't quite fit your lifestyle, please let me know. I will do my very best to work with you and accommodate your schedule.

Because that hour is specifically reserved just for you, I require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled session, or if you notify me less than 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 late fee for that time. I completely understand that emergencies happen, so please just communicate with me as early as possible!

The overall duration of therapy looks a little different for everyone and depends on many unique factors. At Your Story, my focus is on helping you develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges. In fact, my ultimate goal is always to "work myself out of a job" by helping you reach a place where you no longer need this level of support.
As for the day-to-day rhythm, each individual therapy session typically lasts 50 minutes.

I do not accept insurance directly. However, I am happy to provide you with a monthly Superbill (a detailed medical receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Because every insurance company has its own unique rules, I cannot speak to or manage the reimbursement process for you. I highly recommend calling your insurance provider directly before we begin working together to ask about your specific out-of-network options, stipulations, and reimbursement rates. Please keep in mind that I cannot guarantee your insurance will reimburse you.
A Note for Medicare Clients: Please note that Medicare does not cover out-of-network expenses, and I am unable to provide Superbills for clients covered by Medicare.
